He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Cuskaden and Ruth A. Cuskaden (Peer); and his brothers, Gene, Joe, Clifford, Richard, David and Willard Bealor.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Cuskaden (Browne); his children, Robert D. "Bob" Cuskaden (Dawn), Anthony "Tony" Cuskaden (Darsha), Tammy Ball (Ken) and Michelle "Shelley" Mumma (Dan); his stepsons, Steven Burnett (Janine), Robert Burnett and Scott Burnett; his sisters, Ruth "Sue" Kirkland, Sandy Parker and Iona Gring; Linda Betzer. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
