He was predeceased by: his parents, George Klowetter and Hildegard Klowetter (Turnock); his wife Donna Fitzmaurice; and his brother William Klowetter. He is survived by: his children, Jo Anne Klowetter (Dave), Michael Klowetter (Rachael), Patrick Klowetter, Timothy Klowetter (Dawn) and Anthony Klowetter (Shirley). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
