He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie A. Smith and Emma Louise Smith (Crawford); and his siblings, Duane and Phyllis. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Gibson (John), Tony Smith, Rachel McDonald (Cayson) and Robert L. Smith, Jr.; and his sister Martha. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
