He is survived by: his wife Lisa Smith (Myers); his children, Beth Royer (Jeremy) and Adam Smith of Elkhart; his stepdaughter Becky Burk (Michael Stephenson) of South Bend; his grandchildren, Tyler, Macey and Rose; and his sister Martha Smith of Brookston Indiana.
