He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Sr. Hoover and Alice Hoover (Clymer); and his brothers, Harvey Jr., William and John.

He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Francis (Terry), Timothy, Michael (Fran), Ricky and Kevin. He is also survived by one aunt, 35 nieces and nephews, as well as many friends.
