She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Jones (Meek) and Walter Jones; her sons, John D. Butler and Gary A. Butler; her husband Ralph; and her siblings, Velma Grace, Irma and Paul.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Candace Butler of Mishawaka; her grandchildren, Tobias J. Butler of Orlando and Lindsey K. Butler of Mishawaka; her daughter-in-law Renee Butler of Burton; and her niece Elaine Stearly of Mishawaka.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ruth's name are suggested to Bertrand Bible Church.
