She is survived by: her children, David McCollum of South Bend, Edward McCollum of Mishawaka, Dawn Rhrodes McCollum, Brian McCollum of South Bend and Craig McCollum of South Bend; her grandchildren, Anna Crist, Leonard Crist, Lindsey McCollum, Ashley Carrico, David Lee McCollum and Aaron McCollum; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Lexy, Khloe, Braxton and Mason; her siblings, Alice Basham, Janice Kurz, Ardith Mornout, Allen "Butch" Tetzlaff, Gene Tetzlaff and Jerry Tetzlaff (Cherrie); and her daughters-in-law, Robin McCollum and Anne McCollum.
