He is survived by: his mother Sharon Brubaker Miltonberger (Malott); his wife Tara Jensen; his daughters, Taryn Brubaker of South Bend and Shawna Brubaker of Laketon; his grandchildren, Arianna and Dejah; his stepfather Brian Miltonberger of Warsaw; and his siblings, Robert Brubaker (Jennie) of North Manchester, Jeff Brubaker (Jenny) of South Whitley, Scott Bowman (Marcy Thompson) of Largo and Gina Bowman of Jacksonville, Florida..
