She was predeceased by: her father Richard Czarnecki; and her grandparents, Mary, Lester Sampson, Anthony and Loretta Czarnecki.
She is survived by: her mother Linda Yoder (Sampson); her siblings, David Sampson (Heather), Sherry Reinking (Christopher) and Cory Czarnecki; and her siblings' children, Nathaniel, Mikayla and Luke. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Saint Joseph Funeral Home (824 S Mayflower Dr, South Bend, IN 46619). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
