She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sieradzki and Frances Sieradzki (Wieczorek); her husband Rocco "Rocky" J. Nate (Nati); and her siblings, Casimir Sieradzki (Doris), Stanley, Julia Herman (Sylvester), Irene Neidbala (Frank), Harriet Kolacz (Victor) and Henrietta Misevicz (Michael).
She is survived by: her daughter Angela "Angie" (John) of South Bend, Indiana; her grandchildren, Christopher J. Derda, Shaun C. Derda (Traci) and Nicholas J. Derda (Mary); and her great grandchildren, Carli Diane, Derek Shaun, Dylan John, John Paul and Joseph Rocco.
