He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Bennett and Paul Bennett; and his siblings, Beverly Clark and Frank Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Marge Marie Bennett; his children, Glendora Neff of South Bend, Julie Shaw of South Bend, Charles Thompson of South Bend and Albert Lee Smith of Newport; his siblings, Nancy Ford of Mishawaka and Mike Bennett of Mishawaka; and his close friend Wilma Holt. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great grandchild.
