He is survived by: his father Roger Angel of Chicago; his children, Tabitha Mazella of South Bend, Abagail Mazella of South Bend, Jonathan Mazella of South Bend and Joshua Nekvasil of South Bend; his grandchildren, Bryson Butler and Poetry Nekvasil; and his siblings, Christina Price, Tara Walker and Michael Mazella.
