Thomas Minchk Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Minchk of South Bend, Indiana, born in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 2, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Minchk (Johnson); his parents, Lee Minchk and Marguerite Minchk (Gaulke); and his brother Fred Minchk. He is survived by: his children, Mark Minchk (Kim), Scott Minchk (Amy) and Chris Minchk (Erin); his grandchildren, Simon, Leah and Addison; and his siblings, MaryLee Pedretti (late Joe), Patricia Shepard (Richard) and Bill Minchk (Ellen).
