He was predeceased by: his father Howard A. Payton. He is survived by: his daughter Mariah Payton; his son-in-law Brandon Packer of South Bend, IN; his mother Patricia Marshall (McNeal) of Renton, WA; and his sister Cheryl Rose of Renton, WA.
