He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Thomas and Anne M. Piech (Beyer); and his sister Nancy Anne Moser (Piech). He is survived by: his son Timothy Christopher Balanow of South Bend; his sister Lesa Piech of South Bend; his half-siblings, Georgia Niswonger (Phil) of South Bend and F. Thomas Piech (Colleen) of South Bend; his niece Susan Niswonger; his nephews, Anthony Piech (Sarh), Noah Niswonger, Eric Piech and Scott Piech; his great-niece Victoria Rose Piech; and his pets, Sammy and Holly Hazel.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Pet Refuge, the Humane Society, or any Pet Shelter location to remember Tim's love of animals or The Center for Hospice and Palliative Care.
