He was predeceased by: his parents, William Myers and Katherine Myers (Hughes); his half-brother Jerry Bendit; and his sister Kathy Trumbull. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Johnson; his son David (Mara Baim); his grandchildren, Naomi Myers, Madison Myers and Gaby; his sister Jackie Wilson of Nebraska; his half-siblings, Judy Annis (Russ) of Columbus, Nancy Weiss of North Liberty and Ben Bendit (Joyce) of South Bend, Indiana; his goddaughter Khambri Watkins; his godparents, Bernadette Dolezal and Kevin Gibley; and his close friend Bob Valentine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
