He is survived by: his children, Tytisia Thomas of Chicago, IL, Jasmine Thomas and Yul B. Thomas, Jr. (Paris); his grandchildren, Marquan Brown, Kamariya Bonman, Tarriah Johnson of Chicago, IL, Asher Thomas and Nia Thomas of South Bend, IN; his great grandchild Kashmere James of Chicago, IL.; and his siblings, Mary Lacy (Robert) of Arlington, TX, Robert Thomas, Sr., William Ray Thomas and Rosalyn Thomas of South Bend, IN..
