He was predeceased by : his father Keith Paul; his brother Brian Kelsey; and his daughter Rachel Fowler. He is survived by : his mother Judy Ann Kelsey (Koontz); his children, Jeremy A. Kelsey, Valerie and Sophia Kelsey; his grandchildren, Sanai, Alexia Kelsey-Perkins, Justin Trosper Jr., Addison Trosper and Jeremiah Perkins; and his siblings, Doug D. Kelsey and Deb K. Francis.
