She was predeceased by : her parents, Philip Eugene Cox and Elizabeth Ann Young Poole. She is survived by : her husband David W. Slattery; her children, Brandi Slattery and David Slattery Jr.; her grandchildren, Sean Lewis, Daniel Boles, Emma Slattery, Anastacia Wells, Stella Black, David Slattery III, Isabella Slattery and Ava Schmieder; and her great grandchild Carlisle Lewis.
