She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Hendricks and Eva Marie Hendricks (Cantrell); her husband Robert G. McCullough; her siblings, James "Pooch" Hendricks Jr., Lois Stanger, Peggy Fulk, Carolyn McHenry and Shirley Fulk; and her siblings-in-law, Mac McHenry, Bill Stanger, Jim Fulk and Carolyn Hendricks.
She is survived by: her children, Mike (Teresa McCullough), Robert "Bobby" McCullough and Rhonda (Scott Anderson); her grandchildren, Michelle Burkett, Eric Cragen, Shannon McCullough, Scott (Jennifer McCullough), Brad McCullough, Mitzie Richey, Jacob (Gretchen Pardue), Amber (Garald Mills) and Kayla (Toby Arthur); her great grandchildren, Daniel, Sadie, Matt, Bryce, Evah, Ivee, Kolby, Gavin, Jasper, Corey Lee and Devin; and her siblings, Marilyn (Sam Baumgartner), Donna (Charlie Minnick), Ronnie (Barbara Hendricks), Debbie Hutchison and Terry Crowe. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
