He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Fred, Lucille Nicholls, Sylvester, Marie Mader, James and Laura Schwering.
He is survived by: his parents, Nathan Andrew and Rashawna "Shawna" Marie Mader (Scamihorn); his grandparents, David, Karen Nicholls of Reelsville, Steven and Lynn Mader of Cataract; his aunts and uncles, Randy, Brittany Kuhlman, Travis Mader, Alyssa Williams, Katrina, Andrew Pinkstaff, Luke Mader and Rachel Vinson; and his great-grandparents, Dallas Scamihorn and Carol Owen. He is also survived by 8 cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Angel Names Association and The TEARS Foundation.
