She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Cooley and Ida Bell Rice Cooley; her husband Roy Kinser; and her siblings, Bobby Cooley and Jeanette Bacon.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Cooley (Charlene) of Burkesville, Brenda Hasselburg (Michael) of Spencer and Kay Elkins of Florida; and her siblings, Tom Cooley of Sparta, Tennessee and Kathy Smith of Greenwood. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
