Capps (Springport, Indiana), born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschal Embree and Maxine Swingley; her daughter Martina Lynn Short; and her brother Eddie Embree. She is survived by: her husband David A. Capps of Springport; her son Richard Capps (Amy) of Indianapolis; her grandsons, Alex Miles, Blake Miles and Cameron Short (Megan); and her sister-in-law Jana Embree.
