She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Clay and Elva Lorene Lewis (Richardson); her husband James Bowlin; her daughter Mitzi Gail Jones; her brother Sidney Dale Lewis; and her brother-in-law James Butcher.
She is survived by: her friends, Linda Bowlin, Connie Bowlin, Traci McCormick, Glenda Pitman, Sherry Raby, Shannon Hall, Bonnie, Billie Jean and Sallie; her son Jerry; her son-in-law Pete Jones of New Castle, Indiana; her grandsons, Brent, Kurtis and Zach Jones; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Landon, Mason, Evan, Kennedy and Reagan; and her sister Janet Butcher of Morehead.
