He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Jarvis and Anna Burns; his wife Mary Jarvis; his son Curtis Jarvis (Joey); his grandchildren, Curtis James Ferrell and Andrea Kiss; and his sisters, Iva Martin and Shirley King.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Elaine Ryen (Sonny) of New Castle, Lori Jarvis of Springport, Saundra Lawson (Robert) of New Castle and Alan Jarvis (Misty) of Springport; his grandchildren, Chelsey Jarvis, Rachelle Guffey, Aaron Oster, Kara Baker (David), Chassidy Tormaschy, Jasper Kidd (Niki), Karissa Hurst, Owen Lawson, Hayden Jarvis, Christian Strother and Ryan Jarvis; his siblings, Evelynn Lowe of Richmond, Patty Neal of New Castle, Betty Boram of New Castle, Donna Hamilton of Burkesville, Bobby Jarvis (Kay), Jack Jarvis of Muncie and Harold Hamilton of Burkesville, Kentucky; and his close friend Nancy Akers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
