She is survived by : her children, Terri Marie Robbins (Kent) of Bedford and James Martindale, Jr. (Lana); her grandchildren, Jason Veatch, Shawna Roberts, Jena Clouse, Kristina Clouse, Brent Veatch, Allison Rayhill, Thomas Martindale "T. J." and Cinnamon Martindale; and her siblings, Brchel, Kenny, Garrett Helton and Anita Mae Phegley.
