He was predeceased by : his wife Dee Ann Hagemeyer; and his brother Theodore Hagemeyer. He is survived by : his daughters, Lori Cook (Randy) of Evansville and Janet Tassell (Brad) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; his brother Maurice Hagemeyer of Stendal, Ind.; and his granddaughters, Ashley Cook, Aubrie Cook, Allison Cook and Darby Tassell.
