He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Robbins and Ruby W. Robbins (Mayfield); his wife Ruby F. Robbins (Campbell); his son Charles Willard; and his siblings, Robert Robbins, Mary Thompson, Betty Blocker and Catherine Robbins.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Willard (Dianna) of Shelburn, Paul Willard (Joyce) of Terre Haute, Tim Willard (Brenda) of Midland, Karen Monk of Greensburg, Betty Willard of Sullivan and Ellen Barr (Larry) of Petersburg. He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
