He was predeceased by: his stepfather Terry Bailey; his grandfather Alfred Souders; his uncles, Jeff Souders and Robert "Bubba" Cullison; and his cousin Derrick Earl.
He is survived by: his father Tony Souders (Debbie); his wife Rachel (Ridge); his brothers, Jerry (Ashley) and Josh (Brittany); his mother Pam Gilliland (Brian); and his grandmothers, Jean Mitchell (Roy) and Ruby Cullison. He is also survived by aunt, uncles, cousins, two nieces and five nephews' and lots of friends.
The family has asked donations go to the local Sullivan County Emergency Personnel.
