He is survived by: his children, Floyd Manuel (Lauralee) of Sullivan, IN, William Manuel (Cindy) of Noble, IL, Jerry Manuel (Dawn) of Lancaster, IL, Sandra Pitcher (Jason) of Dugger, IN, Elsie Dean Rowe (Jim) of Brazil, IN and Rachel Pennington of Brazil, IN; his stepson Sonny Wildin (Pam) of Vicksburg, IN; and his brother Wayne Manuel of Dugger, IN. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
