He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Benefiel and Thelma Benefiel; and his wife Mary Gertrude Benefiel. He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Chris Benefiel of Sullivan; his grandchildren, Haley and Justin (Katie); his great grandchildren, Hudson and Parker; his grandson Aaron; his son Timothy; his daughter-in-law Anita Benefiel of Greenwood; and his granddaughter Emma.
