It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Pierce of Sullivan, Indiana, born in Lyons, Indiana, who passed away on November 21, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Patterson and Mildred Patterson (Williams); and her former husband James R. Farthing. She is survived by: her siblings, Bud Patterson, Bill Patterson, Maxine Ketchum, Wilma Odom, Nancy Eldridge, Glenne Parker and Helen Teague; her children, Jim Farthing of Linton, IN, Ted Farthing (Amy) of San Antonio, TX., Lisa Reid (Gary) of Sullivan, IN and Becky Cox (Larry) of Carlisle, IN; her siblings, Robert Patterson, Betty Cowan (Andrew) of Seattle, WA and Mary Jane Bedwell; and her great grandchildren, Luka, Brady, Kale, Dexter, Coralynn and Archer. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
