He was predeceased by: his parents, Haven Price and Margaret Price (Trapp). He is survived by: his former wife Matilda F. Hawkins (Shirley); his daughters, Teresa Wolfla (Danny) of Kirklin, Cathy Smith of Boerne and Tina Farris (Gregg) of Lebanon, Indiana; and his siblings, Glenn Argyle Price (Marilyn) of Greenfield, Max Price (Barbara) of Sullivan, Indiana and Virginia Locklear.
