She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Johnson and Marcela Houston Johnson; her former husband James Alumbaugh; her husband Robert Allen; her son Robert Eugene Allen; and her brothers, Jim Johnson and Robert Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Allen of Shelburn and Brenda Phegley of Sullivan; and her grandchildren, Mary Jo Shaw, Heather Allen, Michelle Bradford and David Wayne. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
