She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Jeff and Sarah McKinley; her grandchildren, Carter Wade, Maxton McKinley and Carson Wade; her siblings, Jacklyn Johnson and Tom Smith; her aunt Janis Sevier; and her mother Mary Ann Harris. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.

The family suggest that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Mary's Church or the Southwest Sullivan Elementary School Corporation – Library.
