She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Frederick and Margaret Gardner Frederick; her former husband Charles Simmons; her husband Chauncey Fagg; her daughter Emily Soyack; her siblings, Edward, Nellie, Dorothy, Sue, Julie, Betty and Garnetta; and her grandson Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Simmons (Lora) and Phyllis Romine (Gary) of Sullivan, IN; her brother Donald Frederick of Washington, IN; her grandchildren, Mary Beth (Shane), Bruce (Brandy), Kevin (Amanda), Kendra (Mark), Troy (Jennifer) and Paul (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Kylee, Ericka, Joshua, Megan, Quincie, Dylan, Ace, Chance, Brynna, Hannah, Hailey, Lane, Lynzie, Kelsea, Gaven, Landry, Sylvia, Evelyn, Luke, Mia Harley and Blade. She is also survived by several great great- grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
