Ruby Monroe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2021, at the age of 71, Ruby Monroe of Sullivan, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Rose and Dorris Rose; her sisters, Helen Rose and Mary Heady; and her grandson Edward Waggoner.
She is survived by: her husband Grover Monroe; and her children, Grover Monroe Jr. (Mary), Alicia Vester of Sullivan and Angie Waggoner (Eddie) of Sullivan. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
