He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Booker and Della M. Booker (Humell); and his brother Jerry Booker. He is survived by: his wife Lou E. Booker; his sons, Tom Booker Jr (Nancy) of Sullivan and Joey Booker (Cathy) of Sullivan; his sister Sue Bramer of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, April Moriarity (Brant), Ryan Falconbury, Cody Ayers and Katy Booker; and his great grandchildren, Patton, Wyatt, Addison and Zeke.
