He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocie Jackson and La Vern Jerrells Jackson; his wife Doris Goldman Jackson; his daughter Marcie Schneider; his sister Geraldine Burch; and his brother-in-law Jack Burch.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Jackson of Linton and Debi Jackson of Sullivan; his sister Barbara Pahmier (Leon) of Daleville; his grandchildren, Leslie, Mendi, Ryan and Kim; and his close friends, Gary, Sherry Napier of Sullivan and Dioji. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
