He is survived by : his friend George Atkins; his sister Tammy Miller (Butch); his stepchildren, Natalie Hollander (Jake) and Graham (Samatha); his aunt Joyce Abdon; his nieces, Laurie Miller, Brandie Miller (Cassie), Amber Miller, Whitney Cook (Jon) and Gracie Fletcher (Dawson); his close friend Vicki Atkins; and his pet Kensey.
