He is survived by: his father Ted Middleton; his children, Kelly (Jeff), Doug and David; his grandson Nolan Bayers; his close friend Joyce Charles; his brother William; his sister-in-law Bonnie Middleton; his friends, Bill, Janet Weedman and Barry White; and his pet Pee-Wee.
