He was predeceased by : his parents, John Mulder and Altha Mulder (Cravens); and his siblings, Jerry Mulder, Joan Mooney, Delores Rose Price and Beverly Kincaid.
He is survived by : his wife Janet Mulder (Hall); his children, Anita Baker (Everett), Melvin Mulder (Vivian) of San Antonio, TX, Susan Mulder (Michael Jost) and Angela Rust (Marc); his siblings, Verna Freels, Betty Coffman and Frank Mulder; and his caregivers, Kathy Duke, Annette Parker, Velma Mann and Faye Kaufman.
