He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Roos and Magdalen Roos (Gogel); his wife Betty L. McDaniel; his sisters, Beatrice Deitchman (Roos Eckert) of Indianapolis and Dorothy Walters (Roos) of Lebanon, Ohio; his children, Michael Roos (Minsun) of Cincinnati, Pat Swiz (Paul) of Evansville, Scott Roos (Herbert Griffin) of Tell City and Tina Root (Steve) of Newburgh; his grandchildren, Christopher Roos (Kacy Hollenback) of Dallas, Jesse Roos of Cincinnati and Cas Swiz (Jill) of Evansville; his stepgrandchildren, Brian Root (Leah) of Chicago, Emily Coxon (Jack) of Chicago, Justin Root of West Hollywood, Dae-Hyuc Yim of Tucson and Jin-Hyuc Yim of Enterprise, Alabama; his great grandchildren, Adam Swiz, Mallory Swiz of Evansville, Eliot Roos Hollenback and James Roos Hollenback of Dallas; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Riley Root of Chicago, Ava Coxon and Lana Coxon of Dyer, Indiana.; his son Eric; and his sister LaVerne Ramsey (Guy Neil).
