We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2023, at the age of 84, LaVern Lauderdale of Tell City, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Mullis and Mildred Mullis (Wright); her husband Bill Lauderdale Sr.; her son Jerome; and her siblings, Lois Suters and Jack Mullis (Calvin Mullis).
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Saalman (Mark) of Magnet, Lee Lechner (Jessica) of Bandon, Brittany Huff of Tell City, Bill Jr. (Julie) of Rockport, Robin Weedman (Jimmy) of Cannelton and Michelle Adams of Rockport; and her grandchildren, Kelly Latini (Justin), Sally Mosby (Aaron), Victoria Backer (John), Sandy Saalman (Kenny), Ashley Saalman (Cory), William Saalman, Kaylee Lechner, Anthony Lechner, Michael Lechner, Brayden Huff, David Weedman, Ladonna James (Will), Shane Weedman (Courtney), Byron Adams, Samantha Jones (Adam), Kassondra Hendrix and Teagan Lauderdale. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
