She is survived by: her children, Kathy O'Bryan (TO) of Owensboro, KY, Wayne Kleaving (Donna) of Tell City and Tina Gladish (Rob) of Tell City; her grandchildren, David Coakley of Owensboro, Kevin Coakley of Owensboro, Travis Kleaving of Tell City, Rachel Roark (Chris) of Tell City, Kari Byers (Steven) of Mariah Hill and Joseph Gladish of Tell City; her great grandchildren, Shelby Coakley, Breckin, Brennon East and Beck Byers; and her sister Marcella Slack. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Riley Children's Hospital.
