She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Cartwright and Audrey Cartwright (Nix); her siblings, Billy, Claudie, Roger, Mitchell Cartwright, Sadie Shrader, Nellie Smith and Linda Windham; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Amanda Blair and Nathaniel Lee Merkle.

She is survived by : her daughters, Tina Boling of Bowling Green, KY and Crystal Merkle; and her pets, Lafey Blair (Debbie) of Utica, KY and Randall Blair of Hawesville, KY. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
