He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Pannett, (Fuchs) and Clarence Pannett, Sr.; and his brother Clarence Pannett. He is survived by: his children, Ronica Jarboe (Greg) and Nicholas Pannett (Joanie Bittner-Rearden); his grandchildren, Dr. Helianthus Jarboe (Olive Hwang), Myla "Oak" Jarboe, Kaden Pannett and Jacob Pannett; and his brother Robert Pannett.
