He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Prulhiere and Anna H. Hobdey Prulhiere; and his siblings, Naomi Baldwin, Robert and William Baldwin.
He is survived by: his brothers-in-law, Larry Fossi of Clinton and Ernie Fossi (Adele) of Clinton. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and cousins.
