He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Sullivan and Rebecca Sullivan (Hilbird); and his son Doug Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sullivan (Dixon); his daughter Carla Walton (John); and his granddaughters, Madison Sullivan, Maria Walton and Hayley Walton.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in honor of Carl to Catholic Charities of Terre Haute, Salvation Army, or St. Margaret Mary Church.
