She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Slavens and Eleanor Ruffattola Slavens; and her spouse Thomas Ellingsworth. She is survived by: her children, Angie Marie Williams of Plant City, Florida. and Ryan Williams (Vanessa) of St. Bernice, IN.; her grandchildren, Gabriel Williams, Kayleigh Williams (Paul Peterson) and Kassidie Sanquenetti (Wesley Mills); and her great grandchildren, Trystin Mills, Mia-Marie Mills, Keira Mills, Tabius Hedges, Tyrion Williams and Rhaegar Peterson.
